Farming
Milk Production
You'll need to have a Land and at least a Cow in order to produce $MILK (no need to have Bulls for that).
The amount of $MILK distributed as rewards to CashCow Farm users is determined by the following factors:
Milk emission rate (Milk Per Block): parameter set in the milk, which also provides Milk to thes DApp Yield Farming pools.
CashCow Farm Allocation Points: represents the portion of the total Milk minted per block that is allocated to the CashCow Farm.
Total Milk Power (TMP): is the productive capacity of all farmers and is determined as the sum of the Milk Power of all farmers.
Farmer's Milk Power (FMP): is determined by the amount farming cows on a single farm and the Milk Power Bonus (determined by the Milk Power Boosters the farmer owns).
Milk/Day
On CashCow Farm, the "Milk Per Day" metric is a dynamic indicator, derived from the Total Milk Power (TMP) of all farmers combined. As farmers add or remove cows, the TMP changes, which subsequently affects each individual's "Milk Per Day" value.
When other farmers increase their cow count, the TMP rises, which could lead to a decrease in your "Milk Per Day" due to intensified competition. Conversely, if cows are removed from other farms, the TMP drops, potentially leading to a rise in your "Milk Per Day" due to reduced competition.
Milk Rewards
"Milk Rewards" are calculated based on two variables: the "Milk Per Day" value at the time of harvesting and the time elapsed since your last Milk Harvest. As the "Milk Per Day" metric fluctuates in real-time, the size of the rewards also adjusts accordingly.
As a farmer, it's important to strategize when to harvest your milk. This system encourages competition among farmers on CashCow Farm, prompting them to continuously modify their Milk Power by breeding and managing their cows effectively.
Milk Harvest
Farmers can harvest Milk Tokens either manually, by clicking the Dashboard button on CashCow Farm, or automatically, whenever they add or remove cows or other assets from their farm.
Milk Power
Milk Power represents the Milk Token mining power that a Cow (or a group of Cows) has. Only the Cows have the ability to generate $MILK.
Mining power can be measured per Cow, per Land, per user/wallet and as the Total Milk Power of the whole CashCow Farm.
If your farm's Milk Power increases, your productive power will be higher, and as a result you will increase your harvest of $MILK.
The Milk Power per Cow is determined by two variables: their rarity and their age.
Milk Power by rarity
Rarity | Milk Power |
---|---|
Common | 2000 |
Uncommon | 3000 |
Rare | 5000 |
Legendary | 8000 |
Holy | 13000 |
Milk Power by age
Milk Power of a Cow NFT decreases at a fixed rate depending on its rarity.
Max age: When Cows reach the age of 2 years from their birth, they cease to produce the Milk token, indicating that their Milk Power has reached zero. After this period, the cows will continue to fulfill their breeding function.
Rarity | Daily Milk Power Decrease Rate (MP/day) |
---|---|
Common | 2,74 |
Uncommon | 4,11 |
Rare | 6,85 |
Legendary | 10,96 |
Holy | 17,81 |
The competition for the $MILK will be tough, the success of your farm depends on your correct strategic management of your farm. The ways to increase Milk Power in the farm will be:
Increasing the number of cows, for that you will need each time a greater amount of land or of greater rarity.
Increasing the rarity of cows through Breeding.
On the other hand, there are boosters that function as a Milk Power multiplier through the holding of NFTs and COW tokens, known as Milk Power Boosters.
Milk Power Bonus
Milk Power Bonus is the extra mining power resulting from the effect of the Milk Power Boosters. It is determined by adding the Milk Power of your cows and the Milk Power multiplier effect of the Milk Power Boosters.
There are two types of Milk Power Boosters:
Boosters with a multiplier effect on the entire farm:
CashCow Token
CashCow Genesis NFTs
Boosters with a multiplier effect on specific breeds:
HappyCow NFTs
Land NFTs
Milk Power Boosters
CashCow Token
The $COW staked on the farm will act as a booster on the entire farm.
$COW in wallet | Milk Power Bonus |
---|---|
10 | 1.1x |
20 | 1.2x |
30 | 1.3x |
50 | 1.4x |
80 | 1.5x |
130 | 1.6x |
210 | 1.7x |
340 | 1.8x |
550 | 1.9x |
890 | 2.0x |
CashCow Genesis NFTs
The CashCow Genesis NFTs, which are only 100 units, multiply the farm's productivity by 1.5x. All breeds of cows benefit from this Milk Power Booster.
These NFTs have already been minted, but you will find different offers in the NFT Market.
HappyCow NFTs
HappyCows NFTs have a Milk Power Booster effect on cows of the same collectible NFT breed.
The Happy Cows NFT holding provides a 50% bonus on the Milk Power of the cows. The difference with the Genesis NFTs is that the happy cows only provide the bonus for the NFT cows of the same breed.
For example, if you own an Holstein HappyCow, all your Holstein cows will enjoy the 50% bonus on their base Milk Power (Milk Power Bonus 1.5x).
Land NFTs
Lands Biomes have a Milk Power Boosters effect on a specific breed.
Boosted breed by biomes
Land biomes | Milk Power Bonus | Boosted breed |
---|---|---|
Hill | 1.5x | Angus |
Jungle | 1.5x | Brahman |
Woods | 1.5x | Hereford |
Mountains | 1.5x | Highland |
Plains | 1.5x | Holstein |
Management
To start Farming and Breeding you must first have a Land to set up a farm.
As soon as you have it, you can add cows and bulls to your farm, as well as stake Milk Power Boosters to increase your productivity. The Management section allows you to manage all of this.
Dashboard
Dashboard allows you to make a strategic management of your NFTs by displaying farm status information.
